Finally stepping up to the Dodd-Frank mandate after all these years isnt just a good idea its the fucking law.
After over a decade of not meeting this particular mandate how the fuck can you even entertain questions on whether or not you should do it?
Fulfill your mandate. You dont need permission to regulate and enforce the laws as written by congress, but apparently you need an avalanche of concerned citizens to remind you of that.
When you have clowns like Hester Pierce explicitly leading the SEC away from transparency, you need to work extra hard to convince me and others that you serve America instead of Wall St.
Please stop wasting my time by having to constantly be told to do the right thing.
