This allows hedge funds to kick the can infinitely on failure to delivers. This let's them just run wild. If it wasn't already bad enough. I know why they want this. The gme split with dividend puts them in a tough spot. I own zero shares of gme, but know this is what is going on. If you let this pass, then clearly there is no point investing long term in stock market. Just play the algorithm.
