I truly believed that the SEC was on the side of the retail investor. All you do is aid and protect the individuals who are getting richer at the expense of everyone else. You all should be ashamed of yourselves with this pathetic excuse of fire sale mitigation rule. You keep trying to apply band-aids on a problem that needs surgery. If you addressed the real problem of greedy banks and their greedy hedge fund associates you wouldn't have to be wasting your time writing 100 pages of nonsense trying to confuse the common retail investor. Just know everything with a beginning has an end and these injustices SEC contributes to maintain shall one day end. Now it is up to you all to decide how history will view your administration. Their is still time to do the right thing. It is never too late. May God bless.
