Hello, I want to make this very simple and sweet. Easy enough to understand that a 1st grader may comprehend. As a retail investor, I expect to have the same information, privileges, software, systems, and all aspects that the hedge funds possess. You and I know, that isnt the case You and I know, the investor for the last two to three years has and is currently getting ripped off/scammed. The proposed rule doesnt give any transparency to the retail investor Why is the most important person, retail investor, gets screwed over? Especially now when we do not need these big investment companies and hedge funds to actually place a trade. I believe this proposed rule is to further hurt the retail investor. The SEC needs to step up and protect the RETAIL INVESTOR NOW How about you go propose a rule that helps the retail investor and does nothing for the institutions? I have the answers, because the SEC are in bed with these criminals that have been stealing from the American investor for years Do your job SEC Reject this proposed rule
