I am strongly against this rule since is would give the market makers unrestricted powers to use naked shorts against any other party. This is unfair and violates market principles and transparency. Additionally, this would give privileges to the hedge funds that retail buyers to not have and it would destroy a free market. I abhor this new rule and I am strongly against this enactment
