What a wonderful rule. Does this ban payment for order flow? That should be illegal I'm sick of my orders going g to dark pools \"90 95% of the time\" where price discovery won't happen.
The entire stock market is a scam so stop pretending these rules will help. Unless your banning PFOF and limiting dark pools and fining amounts significant enough to make corruption not profitable you, sec, are the problem.
So Gary and other Gary, please do something about this. It is after all your job that you're failing at in the open...
