This harmonizing does not make sense. It only allows for SEFs to play by looser rules, allowing more fraud and false narratives to creep into the market. Even Hester has said she would not be writing the same rules if starting from scratch.
So, to protect the overall health and stability of the market, do not vote yes, and throw these amendments in the trash.
