I am urging the SEC to not pass Rule S7-14-19 to block quotes for OTC companies that are not current in their information. Many small companies go dark to avoid the high costs of filing. The SEC allows this with form 12g.
Instead of Rule S7-14-19, I propose providing a lower cost tier for small companies which can't afford the costs of full registration and filing.
