I support the proposed revised Rule 240.15c2-11 as written with no changes.. The rule does not place an unreasonable cost or burden on concerned parties; i.e .individual investors , non reporting issuers, market makers. Basic information such as: name of issuer, address of principal executive office, State of incorporation or registration, title and class of security , par or stated value, amount of shares outstanding, name and address of transfer agent, description of business, description of products or services, description of facilities, name of officer, directors and those holding more than ten percent of stock, Balance sheet and profit and loss and statement of retained earnings.
