I want to strongly express that Index Annuities are Insurance products, not securities. I believe that that state insurance departments are doing an effective job in regulating these products. I feel it is important to have two area's chasing the same money. This establishes a competitive market and creativity. Change is not aways good, this could cause numerous job loss at a time that this is not needed. I will watch carefully to see if my legislators protect our interest thank you R H Ward
