The Fixed Indexed Annuity is a tremendous insurance instrument that meets the needs of many of my senior clients. If it were deemed a security it would prevent licensed isurance agents like myself from offerring this beneficial option to my clients. I request Fixed Indexed Annuities remain insurance and not security instruments.
