I am so baffled on how this could ever be considered a security in ANY way. The investor CAN NOT lose, plus they get bonus on most products so they are guaranteed a WIN no matter what, no risk guaranteed gain, sounds more like a CD, than a security of any TYPE CONSUMER WINS, isn't that why we are here to help them WIN, with no risk ?
