To Whom It May Concern:
I think the law should stay as is. Securities involve risk so they should be monitored as they currently are. Insurance, particularly fixed annuities, offer guarantees and don't have the risk associated with Wall Street's more dubious offerings. I work with only Seniors and there is not a better product out there for them in my experience. Please consider this.
