There are sufficent safeguards in the insurance industry and state insurance departments to allow the continuing of the present system of allowing insurance carriers and their respective agents to market indexed annunities and other insurace contracts to the general public. My only suggestion is that individual agents may should carry more than the minimum $1,000,000 coverage on their E O personal coverage policies.
