Dear Sirs,
I strongly recommend moving forward with SEC regulation of Equity Indexed Annuities. Under trained insurance agents are presenting them as an "Equity Like" investment. They are selling them to our most vulnerable population, seniors, using fear infused sales tactics.
My twenty three years as a financial planning practitioner tell me that this product is being abused in the market place.
