To Whom It May concern:
I support the equity-indexed annuity rule. These products are too complicated, and too prone to abuse for them to continue being unregulated as securities. I agree that the state insurance departments should be included, but some form of federal oversight makes sense, in the same was as federal oversight for other securities makes sense. Thank you.
