I support the adoption of Rule 151a.
Unregistered agents should not be able to discuss investments that are tied to the market.
Many of these agents are not registered because they cannot pass the tests or because no borker-dealer will have them. These are precisely the types of agnets who should not be selling products tied to market performance.
