I have been in the financial services business for many years. I was a registered representative selling equities to clients. With the risks associated with stocks along with the fees and expenses i made a choice risk wasn't for me our my clients. I strongly believe in indexed annuities to offer to consumers protection against investment risk. The design and sale of annuities are highly regulated by state insurance departments as are the companies who design and sell them. I hope you have the wisdom to not enact this proposed rule.
