I am writing to once again, respectfully request an extension be granted on a decision being made regarding proposed Rule 151A.
The comment period gives an unreasonable amount of time for response to a proposal that could have devastating effects. The proposal is overly broad, far-reaching, disregards Safe Harbor Rules that have been in existance for years, and proposes unnecessary regulation.
A decision of this magnitude requires sufficient time for comment, information gathering and research on the effects that it could have on our nation.
Thank you for your consideration in extending this period durin which discussion can take place.
