Allow folks to keep getting documents in paper if they so select.
Make fund websites more accessible to the disabled and encourage funds to improve the content and design of websites to provide more useful information.
Fund screeners are a great tool. More investors should use them to compare funds.
Make fees simpler... that is, buth fund fees and the fees paid to those who sell funds.
I like the idea of a risk rating.
