I recently watched a television show titled "Too Big to Fail" on HBO. I always thought the Henry Paulson was just giving away any hope Obama would want to use during his presidential terms. It seems the thieves in the financial houses were just stupid enough to steal US citizens futures without doing more than lying and cheating everyone in the whole world. If you have any conscience or morality, you'll do everything in your power to make these crooks pay for the immense harm they've done.
One way to change the incentives so Wall Street doesn’t collapse our economy again would be for regulators to set up a way for shareholders to grab back ill-gotten gains.
If it turns out that the profits in a given year were built on shoddy practices that become clear in the out-years, those bonus payments should be forfeited.
