Subject: Comments for File Number S7-12-11

I’m writing because my family and I were affected by the economic collapse of 2008, and we don’t want it to happen again.

I have been outraged by the fact that the bankers that caused the economic meltdown are claiming huge bonuses while the unemployment rate is at 9 % and many people are still continuing to lose their homes due to foreclosure.

I would like to suggest that compensation at all banks be limited so that the factor between the lowest and highest compensated employee is less than 100. It is apparent to me that the leaders of these banks do not “earn” the millions of dollars per year that they receive.

Thank you for considering my comment,
