The SEC has become one of the most disgraceful of Federal captured agencies. Shame on you. Start developing rules and regulations that work to the benefit of middle income Americans and prevent the financial fraudsters from peridoidally crashing the economy. Pay for short term performance just invites them to game the system at the expense of taxpayers.
