In addition to the mentioned marketing provisions for informing prospective investors of such retirement funds, the SEC should provide a federal help line for people to call when they have questions about the advertised retirement funds. The whole subject area is confusing to most average Americans, and paying for an investment banker's assistance before a person is sure they will invest is a waste of money and seems to be an unfair way of capitalizing on the difficulty of understanding retirement funds.
