I am in favor of SEC proposal, in which require the shareholder vote on compensation. I think this will give the right to the shareholder than the prior method in which have the compensation determind by the committee of the board of director. To allow shareholders to make informed voting decisions, the compensation discussion and analysis should discuss key financial and risk decisions that the executive made during the compensation year and how they arrived at those decisions.
