The game of Publicly traded stock and securities investments must be Rules based on the spirit of fairness, responsibility,equality and full disclosure and must be be enforced at all time. Any monopolistic power player including but not limited to hedge funds, investment broker houses and market makers with intent to unfairly disadvantage public at large and exploit small investors without any and proper warnings and notices must be punished by disqualifying to trade and/or with prohibitively heavy financial and criminal penalties. American spirit to innovate and reward good inividual and business enreprises based on true merits is not only basis for our capitalistic economical and national prosperity but also sole foundation of our National and Social charachter and survival of our democratic dream and existence.. and should not be compromised..
