WOW....
This is really spooky, man.
Oklahoma (Bill 797) enacts (assuming the gov.'s signature) a prohibition against Failure to deliver while the SEC not only takes no steps to prohibit this massive fraud but enacts REG SHO (and extends its get/stay out of jail provisions) CONDONING the fraud.
(Cue spooky Twilight Zone music)
I must admit, for sheer farsical and totally unbelievable conduct, you SEC guys got my show beat.
