Sure there are SCAM companies with con CEO's, but guess who the SEC goes after, seeking to revoke. Only those that refuse to keep laying golden eggs for the Market Manipulators by doing reverse splits one after the other.
Others that needed to be shut down many many reverse splits ago like that Fire Retard or Gateway or Goofy Foods etc. continue to rip the naive and un-suspecting public.
What does that tell you about the role of the SEC?
Man this whole system stinks.
