Dear SEC:
Counterfeiting of US Securites or "Fails-to-deliver" is a crime punishable by MEANINGFUL Fines, Prison, or both.
Knowledge of that Crime, and failure to react in a MEANINGFUL way, makes one complicit to that crime.
In the past 1-1/2 years, more than 26 Directors Top Level Managers have left the SEC.
I do respectfully request an explanation from you on both matters mentioned in this message.
