(Friday the 13th) ...A SURE cure for naked short-selling
The naked shorting SHOULD be able to be countered by "naked buying"...
Naked buying is where one of us or all of us keep buying all the shares at the ask and cause the price of the company to GO UP...but we get to FAIL TO DELIVER MONEY to pay for the shares...
This will cause ENDLESS DEMAND fo the shares...can you imagine??? buying shares with nothing down and never having to deliver cash...
I'd like that...actually...ONE SHARP GUY could own everything...
Float that concept by the SEC...then ask them why they are not enforcing the law about naked short selling...
