I support SEC proposal S7-11-23. Any action to reduce risk for household investors must be taken quickly and without any counter-proposal. The economic situation is poor and it's obvious the moneyed interests are looking to screw over the little guy. This is a good step in the right direction, however, it doesn't nearly go far enough. Pointedly, I am a practical woman and understand that small steps must be taken to ensure this house of cards doesn't come crashing down. Protect the average citizen first, these moneyed interests have enough to not ever have to worry about their next meal. With best intentions, Janice A. Schrader Advocate
