I suggest that data be included to report on the Diversity of an organization's work force. As a stock investor, I believe that a Company that emphasizes Diversity in its workforce in the long run will outpace its competition, so this is very helpful investor information. Along the same line, I believe that it is not only important that a company hire Diverse employees, but also its ability to retain such Diverse individuals indicates its level of commitment to Diversity, therefore a statistic that shows a yearly trend of its Diversity statistics would be informative. Perhaps such information could be included within Item 10-1(c).
Also some investors may view Diversity as an indicator that a company has the appropriate humanity standards.
