Public company disclosures are extremely important in helping investors make full and informed decisions when trading on the public markets. This includes the disclosure of cybersecurity risks. I am in favor of consolidating companies' public disclosure requirements on one form this will make it easier for investors and the companies. Additionally, some forms don't apply to every company in very situation.
