Dear SEC Rule Comments, Investors desire and deserve more information about corporations plans and actions regarding the risks of climate change and so much more. The SEC should take actions that result in more openness and disclosures, not lest. The proposed Principles-Based approach will have adverse effects on the general public and stock owners.
