I strongly oppose the proposal to allow a money market fund to "break the buck". Money market funds have been stable, useful investments that are important part of my and many other Americans' portfolios. I have invested in them for over 12 years. If the terms were changed to let the dollar value change, then I see no value in this investment option and I would need to withdraw my money from this investment. It becomes like a short term bond, and there are many options for these already.
