Dear Commissioner Gary Gensler, As a farmer, I am writing to submit comments to the Securities and Exchange Commission’s proposed rule on the Enhancement and Standardization of Climate-Related Disclosures for Investors. The proposed rule will hurt small family farms. Large businesses can afford to hire someone to do this work but smaller farms will not be able to afford that. This does not help us sustain local food production that our country depends on. Please reconsider this approach. Our farms do not need more hoops to jump through. Thank you. Regards, Hal Kreher
