June 14, 2022 I absolutely support the proposed Climate-Related Disclosures for Investors rule Climate change is a threat to our own species's survival (which should be a consideration for investors and regulators - most people probably don't want to directly finance their own premature death and/or the extinction of their species), and, even if it doesn't kill us off, is a major threat to our economy and to people's investments (since climate change disrupts agriculture, energy production, transportation, and more, and, of course, forces us to spend hundreds of billions of dollars on climate-change-fueled-disaster recovery per year). I'd be even happier to see a rule that limits greenhouse gas emissions by all publicly traded companies, but this proposed measurement-and-disclosure requirement is an excellent and vital step, and I hope you'll finalize and implement it as soon as possible
