Dear Commissioner Gary Gensler, We support the SEC’s proposed ruling to include farmers and ranchers in reporting requirements regarding greenhouse gas emissions within the business supply chain. Most modern agricultural practices involve internal combustion equipment that contributes to global warming. This needs to be recognized and changed right away. Modern practices also include destruction of natural wetlands and depletion of groundwater, which alter biotic communities and should therefore be included in reportable risk assessments. We support the SEC’s consideration of these rulings on climate related risk assessment. Regards, Ronald Munson
