Regarding the SEC proposed rule for Climate-Related Disclosures for Investors. To whom it may concern, SEC should stay in their own lane of keeping a level playing field in the financial markets. SEC should not be trying to work with the current regime on climate change to do end run around congress. The legislation had failed to pass. The push for climate change energy policies will hurt this country and the citizens in this country. This country has made great strides in being good stewards of the environment. We are not the problem. China, India, Russia, and countries in that part of the world are. They are going to keep polluting. They don’t care. The US should not pay for them.
