Regarding the SEC proposed rule for Climate-Related Disclosures for Investors.

As an investor, I see no reason to require, as a regulation, any disclosure related to climate, climate change, or similar. Without regulation requirements Companies are already making comments and disclosures. This simply adds another layer of regulations on an already over-burdened regulatory environment. It will have the effect of keeping new companies from entering the public arena; and protect or better said, give legacy companies a competitive advantage to capital. Bad plan to regulate climate disclosure.
