Regarding the SEC proposed rule for Climate-Related Disclosures for Investors. Please do NOT change existing rules to require registrants to include certain climate-related disclosures in our registration statements and periodic reports. As the Chairwoman has stated, "We are Not the Securities and Environment Commission,- Yet!" Let's not change the SEC to be something it was never intended for.
