To Whom It May Concern: 

Please use this section to write your comment to the SEC. We can help clean the environment. But we can't change the climate. Rules to hinder energy production will only make our standard of living worse, for the sake of an unattainable, fictitious goal. All the while global pollution will increase due to this administrations foreign policy.
