File number: S7-10-22 I'm opposed to the proposed "Rules to Enhance and Standardize Climate-Related Disclosure for Investors". As a citizen, I have worked for companies which were required to regularly file reports of their performance to the SEC. The proposal will not bring consistency and fair comparison, but rather will undermine the framework which for years has supported these principles which help a potential or existing investor make an informed decision. The proposal would take away accurate performance reporting of management and replace it with management being told how to run their companies. Thank you for providing a means for me to have input.
