Regarding the SEC proposed rule for Climate-Related Disclosures for Investors.: So i am wondering, who has the crystal ball that accurately predicts the "climate" for business risk: Scientists have a hard time getting the weather report accurate from day to day. What gives the Securities commission this information? Information would be too easily manipulated to be relieable. I say No....this is a bad idea.
