Dear Secretary Vanessa Countryman, I was just informed about the SEC’s proposed rule S7-10-22. This is far outside the authority of the SEC. As a cattle producer (and an AMERICAN!!!!), I urge you to limit the SEC from having authority over farms and ranches. We live on the land we manage.
