To Whom It May Concern: The SEC has a three-part mission: protect investors, maintain fair, orderly, and efficient markets and facilitate capital formation. It is not the purview of the SEC to act as an activist. Stop pushing ESG scores and forcing companies to be more worried about getting in trouble with the SEC regarding their climate "scores" than doing what is best for their shareholders.
