Hello- I believe the rule changes listed in File Number S7-10-22 are necessary but do not go far enough by just illuminating information. There also needs to be accountability for those who do not report information in full, delay reporting or provide inaccurate information. Creating more bureaucracy without accountability will only more endanger the public trust. Darryl Hamer
