Climate related disclosures are crucial to mitigating and adapting to the climate crisis. The SEC turns a blind eye to corruption via hedge funds and extreme wealth disparity in turn furthering the climate crisis. The more transparency regarding emissions/pollution/waste/etc the better. If you want to make significant change create carbon footprint fees for companies to be listed and boot them if they dont adhere to them. There wont be much for you to quibble over when rising sea levels suffocate Wall Street in the coming years unless you act now. History will tell your tale, its your choice how you want it to be told. Do the right thing.
