Thank you for the opportunity to support SEC improved transparency and informed public investment. I was a member of the military for 9 years (1972-1981), an FBI agent (1983-1987), and a water engineer for the US Geological Survey (1989-2009). I began stock market and mutual fund investment early in my military career and continue to this day. Information regarding greenhouse gas emissions is and will continue to be important to my investment decisions. I realize many present day 10-K SEC filings use broad climate terms and include general climate information but to be useful to an investor such as myself information needs to be specific and standardized.
