To Whom It May Concern: Please use this section to write your comment to the SEC telling them Americans want energy independence, not more shaming of our oil and gas companies! Moreover, Now is not the time for rate increases just proposed by my states electric and natural gas companies. It’s for compliance to wind and solar energy. Not fair as everyone’s bills have increased for what they use monthly. Few can absorb this not ready for prime time costs! Regards, Chaunez Kalk
